Wander Lux Transportation LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. Note to Our Honored Guests

We will do our best to meet your transportation needs. Advanced reservations are appreciated. Last minute reservations may not guarantee vehicle/driver availability. Guests can book as early as 12 hours in advance. A special reservation can be made if you need to book a reservation in more than 12 hours — please give us a call 24/7.

Booking a Reservation

When you request a reservation, you will see the trip price. Additional fees incur only after reservation times and certain circumstances. Your ride is confirmed once you receive your reservation details. The rider will only pay additional fees when the waiting time goes longer than 15 minutes after reservation pick up time.

Cleaning Policy

Wander Lux Transportation strives to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for all our clients. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we have established a cleaning fee policy as follows:

·Standard Cleaning: A standard cleaning fee of $250 will be applied if the vehicle is returned in a condition that requires additional cleaning beyond normal wear and tear.

·Conditions for Fee: This fee will be charged in cases of excessive mess, including but not limited to spills, debris, or any damage that necessitates professional cleaning services.

·Notification: Clients will be notified of any cleaning fees incurred, along with a detailed explanation of the reasons for the charge.

·Payment: The cleaning fee will be processed through the payment method used for the reservation.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the quality of our services.

Airport Reservations

Airport reservations have different fees. We are available at 4 airports: BWI, IAD, DCA, and PHL. The waiting time of up to 30 minutes is free after your flight has landed.

If you need more time, please call the driver or the Wander Lux Transportation 24/7 phone line (+1 667-755-0484). Fees will incur for additional time added to your reservation time at $45/hr.

You may cancel at no charge 2 hours before your reservation. If you cancel less than 2 hours before your reservation time, the company will charge 50% of the ride.

For Your Peace of Mind

All Wander Lux Transportation and affiliate drivers must pass a background check and have the proper license. Commercial insurance is provided for all Wander Lux Transportation vehicles and affiliates in accordance with Maryland State transportation laws.

For the safety of our customers and drivers we have equipped all our vehicles with audio/video recording. Every 24 hours these recordings are deleted. If an incident occurs (i.e. vehicular accident, bad behavior of driver or customer), the audio/video recordings may be used as evidence.

Your comfort is our highest priority. For an additional fee, our guests can make special requests. Please call us to see what is available.
